The procedures for registration renewal are carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation:

  1. Students are required to renew their registration within the period specified in the academic calendar for each semester/year. To be eligible for registration renewal, the student must, in accordance with the current legislation, pay the tuition fee (if applicable) and complete course registration in compliance with this Regulation. If either of these requirements is not fulfilled, the registration will not be renewed.

  2. Students who fail to renew their registration are not allowed to take courses, sit for exams, or benefit from any student rights.

  3. A student who fails to renew registration on time without a valid excuse accepted by the relevant administrative board—despite the provisions stated in the relevant articles of this Regulation—will have that semester/year counted toward the total period of study.

  4. Students who fail to complete course registration on time may, within no later than one week after the registration deadline, submit a written petition and obtain approval from the relevant board to complete their course registration. Students who claim a valid excuse (such as illness, natural disaster, or the death of a relative) must provide official documentation.

  5. According to Article 44, Paragraph 1 of Law No. 2547, students who have fulfilled the attendance requirement for all compulsory courses necessary for graduation but have failed some of those courses and are granted additional examination rights must register for these courses within the registration period specified in the academic calendar at the beginning of the semester/year in order to use their exam rights. If the course in question has been removed from the program and it is a compulsory course, the student must register for an approved equivalent course and pass it. If it is an elective course and the student has already completed the required credit load, the student is considered exempt from that course. Students in this situation are required to pay the tuition fees in accordance with the relevant legislation until they graduate.
